Account Creation

To use our Service, you must:

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

Credit System

Our platform operates on a time-based credit system:

• Credits are purchased in advance and used to access tools and services

• Credits expire according to your plan terms
• Unused credits are non-refundable unless required by law

Payment Terms

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

Refunds

You agree NOT to:

• Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code

• Impersonate others or provide false information

Our Content

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SEO by the Hour and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us:

• A worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, store, and process your content
• The right to use your content to provide and improve our services
• The right to use anonymized data for analytics and AI training

AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI tools is provided to you for your use. However, AI-generated content may not be unique and similar content may be generated for other users.

Uptime

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance with or without notice.

Support

Support is provided via:

Service Modifications

• Form submissions via Tally
• Booking data via Cal.com
• Payment data via Stripe
• Database storage via Supabase
• AI processing via Eden AI and other providers

No Guarantees

We do not guarantee:

• Specific SEO rankings or traffic increases
• Accuracy of AI-generated content or recommendations
• Compatibility with all websites or platforms
• Results from using our tools and services

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEO by the Hour shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SEO by the Hour from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment of fees
• Abuse of the Service

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.
